I didn't mentioned the P4 die Shrink with 0.09, but instead the available one
with 0.13.

New Xeon - Prestonia:  0.13 micron, 512k cache, 603 pin. With Hyper Threading.
The super trick is that software (when optimized) will utilize 1 Xeon (new) CPU
as 2 CPUs.  Windows XP PRO reports 2 physical Xeons as 4 Xeons in device
manager.
