All in all, I think the last version of Yace, that is publically available (0.99.56) is reasonably stable, and does not play too bad (within my expectations - no doubt, commercial engines and Ruffian are much better). When SSDF starts to test Yace, a new version will be made available. Probably, it won't be 1.0. The reason is very simple - I believe the documentation is totally inadequate for any 1.0 version. When this is fixed (a very boring thing ...) Yace 1 will be available. Cheers, Dieter
