I don't believe 2... Nf6 gives the advantage. The gambit variation 1. e4 c5 2.
c3 Nf6 3. e5 Nd5 4. Nf3 Nc6 5. Bc4 seems a solid draw for white. And any
deviation takes you back to the main variations or some Mickey Mouse stuff.
