Hi James,
Well it isn't me who has their stories mixed up! Here is the poster who made the
claims that Fritz 7 found the sacrifice that Hiarcs 8 couldn't find!!

Here was an uneventful draw by me vs Hiarcs 8.

I have never even come close to drawing vs Fritz 6, Deep Fritz, Fritz 7 or Deep
Fritz 7. I was able to win once vs Fritz 5 at game 30, at game 30, and once in
while I would obtain a draw.
I find that Fritz 7 is much stronger than Hiarcs 8 on my computer.

In fact, while using Hiarcs 8 on ICC with my computer account, the engine seems
to struggle thru games. I recently had a game on ICC vs a human 2500 plus elo,
where Hiarcs could not find anything to do and considered the game even.
I then swithced to the Fritz 7 engine during the game, and in less then 30
seconds Fritz' evaluation shot way up! Fritz sacced a piece an 5 moves later he
resigned. That says a lot for Fritz 7.
