Would it be safe to infer that Ruffian would be better at automatic overnight
post-mortem analysis of a game than Fritz is?  Typically, I allow five minutes
per move for overnight analyses.  [1 GHz Pentium, 1 GB RAM]

That is my primary use for Fritz nowadays.  I also use fritz to check my
analyses, but most any engine might suffice for that.  [The overnight analyses
are useful to keep the GMs honest when they write chess books.]
