No

The programmer of Ruffian said that ruffian is not better at long time control.
I think that believing him may be a good idea.

There is no evidence that ruffian is better at long time control and I do not
trust games when the autoplayer is used.

I trust more the results of Igor gerlikov when Ruffian beated Yace and Crafty
but the difference was about the same at all time controls.
