1800 is 1533?
In that case what is the meaning of the 1800?

I know that I cannot know which computer is faster only based on mhz.

I know that Mhz on p4 means less than Mhz on other computers so I only know that
the programs got different computers.

I do not know if chessmaster got faster or slower computer and it is not very
important for me because the difference in hardware is probably not a big
difference and the statistical error is clearly bigger than the possible error
from unequal hardware.
