Subject: Need help on running engine-engine matches on 2 computer

I used to run engine-engine matches on a single computer with ponder off.
Now I have a secong computer and plan to do the same on 2 comps. I have heard
about auto232, null modem ....not really sure how to begin. Can somebody help?
