Some kind of AMD measurement which is supposed to compare
the performance of the XP and MP processors to the normal
Athlons.

An AMD Athlon XP 1800 is supposed to be as fast as a 'classic'
Athlon at 1800Mhz, even though it only runs at 1533Mhz.
