If ed would have told me something in a private email (he hasn't), i would not
post it.

of course he liked it. Because it was the only way to get data ! hehe :-)

If i would be able to use enemy forces instead of investigating own resurces, I
would do the same... hehe :-)

Better misusing opponent resources than own ones...
