I can get the angle I want with the true 3D sets, but they look awful IMHO. The edges of the pieces and board are too grainy, but that may just be my system. The only board and set that I like in the entire program is the b&w 2D metal (very nice). However, I recently started playing at a local club and I am finding real pieces difficult to adjust to since I've always used 2D computer boards in the past. The easiest and probably best thing to do would be to keep a real board on the desk next to me, but I'm short on space right now. Nathan
