Rc8 is certainly the best try. The move I would do after checking the pawn endgame carefully. Keeping the rooks on seems well nigh unwinnable, even if white has a finesse with Rd5+-d2 getting the rook back in play. But then black gets a giant of a pawn on b3. And the pawn endgame sports some points too for black. His kingside pawns are on the starting square. MvH Dan Andersson
