I'm sure at least ChessTiger, The King, Diep and Deep Sjeng are stronger.
(Diep maybe only at slower games, I'm sure Vincent will gladly
tell us the details)

I'm quite sure the latest Insomniac and Warp are stronger.

I suspect IsiChess is also stronger, but I haven't seen
enough of that program to make a sound conclusion.

I don't think ICC games are good indications of strength. I
use it for debugging. I suspect many others do the same. The
tournament versions are a different matter altogether.
