Hi guys,
It is getting a bit colder here. Hey Timothy, does the winter kill off the fleas
in New Mexico? Does New Mexico even have a winter?
This is just some pictures for people who do not have snow, or a proper changing
of the seasons, some pictures of my birthtown Leeuwarden, in 'Fryslan' in winter
of 2001 and summer 2002. ("Volgende" betekent "next")

Some locations on the following pages I do not even know, it seems we have red
light district now, there is the old overgrown railroad to the North, it looks a
bit like the outback in some far off country. I had a headteacher who liked to
tell stories about the past, I believe he was a conductor on this train when he
couldn't get employment as a teacher, that may have been even before the war of
40-45, but I'm not sure. A great-grandfather of mine was a tailor in the
orphanage in the old city of which there are some pictures too. Stories...
How about you guys, any stories or pictures of your youth that bring back
childhood memories?
