He did not say it had any relative value. Take out of it what you wish, it's
just another indicator of strength, NOT the indicator. Taking a overall view of
many evaluations, including this one maybe will give you a relative strength
value, I said MAYBE.

For me I think it was a interesting test nothing more, nothing less. He is just
sharing the result with us.
