A 9-round 45/10 might work. Last year we did 11 rounds in two weekends, 60/10,
and there was a bit too much time in between rounds. I'd like to see a proposed
time schedule, to verify that 9 rounds can fit into the one weekend.

How about Jan 18-19?

A possible addition to the rules, since the 9 round schedule will be tight:

Play must be fully automatic. Program must kibitz, after each move, sufficient
information to indicate automatic operation. Programs which do not have a
demonstrated record of fully automatic operation on a chess server are not
allowed.
