The prospect of acquiring a really fast 8-way SMP chess computer [hardware plus
software] using 64-bit throughout is very exciting to me. Expecially exciting
is the fact that people are seriously talking about it here at CCC. That tells
me that availability is imminent.

I don't have unlimited financial resources, however. Spending many tens of
thousands of dollars for such a "Big Boy's Toy" is simply something that my wife
would not allow me to do. : )

Today, Fritz is "The King of the Hill." Tomorrow, . . . who knows? DIEP?
Crafty? Chess Kitten? Either way, I want my new "really fast 8-way SMP chess
computer" to use the fastest chess engine.

Just letting you know what this USER wants! : )
