Hi Will, >My interface is Winboard. btw, who and what is Deep 9? seems to be a new UCI engine which plays quite well on the chessbase chess server - at least at blitz... it is downloadable somewhere in the web - i think he has announced it in Franks forum... shame on me I am myself unsure if I should participate this time, I haven't done nearly anything on Quark since this years Paderborn tournament - but I might get my Dual Athlon this week, anyway I am unsure if it will be possible to have a SMP version of Quark ready for the tournament... last week I have played around with some threading stuff, just to get some experience... but still I can't even imagine how many problems I will face trying to get it parallel...
