You have a different book !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fritz will not (N O T) play out of yours, it plays out of the power-books you don't have. >I read that the probabilities in mark young's power book was also similiar in >some games and in one game(against Junior5) the probability for one of the moves >of fritz5 was 0% by mark young's powerbook and this proves that mark young does >not use the same book. If a move has the probability of sero, fritz should better not play it. I can reproduce each opening line fritz5 has played in my tournament. How can I reproduce the lines (i can demonstrate to anybody who wants to visit me...) when mark says it is impossible. Or vice versa: how can he say it is impossible when it happens on all my 3 machines ?! I think you should try it out yourself before you call other people liars or cheaters. >I am interested to know the probabilities for the moves in this tournament. > >It is easy to check by using the function open tree in fritz5 when fritz5 can >tell you the exact probability. >The problem is that I have not the book that is used in the tournament so I >cannot know. > >Uri >> >>If you don't do it by straight frequency, but do it instead by result, you can >>still have problems because you'll still go down bad lines sometimes. >> >>You said you looked at those games Fritz played, and analyzed the opening book >>choices that Fritz made.
