Yes, you will have that plus more. So far support is non-existent. I'm putting
a claim to get my $20 back.

Negatives:

No PGN Support.

No FEN support.

No way to get saved games out the game electronically to your PC for further
analysis.

Prone to fatal errors.

Program takes over the hard buttons. But the up/down key does not scroll
through the games (how abd is that?)

No way to scroll through game with running analysis like CT or CG.

Game score cannot be shown same time as the board

Limited Board sizes and colors (so I am told).

Default settings (with pondering) drains battery very fast.

Has a tournament mode - it's agood way to drain battery

Positives:

B&W Board is decent on Palm Vx.

Easy to setup positions. (but hard to do analysis see above)

Has a tournament mode - may be useful if plugged - but no way to results out of
program?

Multiple Computer Personalities.

I'm up in the air about strength of engine.

I can't recommend it at this time - go way with CT or CG or BOTH.

CT is the best value for your money. Strongest program, clean interface, PGN
and FEN support, Analysis, multiple engines (4), great support.

CG a is a little more limited at this time, a little older engine, but it has
classic Genius Engine and the program is written within the Palm OS spirit -
very clean and easy to use. The engine Roma won the world championship in its
day and also it also has great support (Richard Lang).

I alternate back and forth - playing styles are different.

Only complaint is that endgame is weak w/o hash tables in both programs. It's
not the prgrammers fault - it's the limitation of the Palm. This should be
helped by the new Palms.
