If the engine is exactly the same, it would be easier to just compare NPS first.
If (and I'm pretty sure it is) the NPS of both systems don't show a big
difference, then it won't result in big ELO-differences... and I'm sure it
won't.  (how many games would be needed in order to 'prove' a 5 ELO difference?)
