Neither. If I'd use Object Pascal, I'd use OOP. If I'd use C, I'd
use procedural programming. This has simply to do with familiarity.

Although I know some C++ and Java, I wouldn't use them
spontaneously myself without a pressing reason - they don't
look particularly clean nor usefull.
