When I read "you can't use fritz" I thought of the chess engine. Anyway, I don't think it hurts ChessBase at all. The _engines_ still come from ChessBase alone, and if a user additionally has to buy CP or CA in order to connect to the ICC, how could that possibly hurt ChessBase? Or do they sell an interface alone w/o the engine? Sargon
