It is more than a tranposition
Rxd6 is simply better and I expect every good program to prefer Rxd6 and not
Bxh7+

After Bxh7+  Kxh7 Rxd6 black can avoid taking back and it is the best choice.
After Rxd6 if black does not take the rook the advantage of white is going to be
bigger.

Bxh7+ is probably winning but it may be a long game against a correct defence
when Rxd6 seems to win faster and safer.
