Subject: Liberty Basic

To all the programmers in the forum:

As a person interested in programming, but with no experience I have a few
questions.  Would it be possible to create an executable with Liberty Basic?  If
so would be it be possible to create a chess engine with Liberty Basic?  If not
would it be very practical to create a new GUI for winboard chess engines?
