Black is "up" 22 pawns, when scored materially, but black loses. This position
would almost surely never occur in an actual game, but the point is, you can't
make a rule like you are talking about. Here the difference is from the score of
-22 based on material, but the real score is off by under INFINITY. So if you
want a potential difference, try INFINITY.
