Why you think Fritz5 must have a unfair book? In my opinion Fritz5 loses this game against Eugen in a fair way. Fritz5 is not god!! And it is normal that beta versions play in a turnier, and Chessbase could send the best book to Thorsten, with the newest Fritz5 (32bit), but if he has it not so he can only use Version 5.03.
