It's not the same.
In theory I could use the serial port of the Palm to connect Chess Tiger for
Palm to a PC, using the Auto232 protocol, and then the PC could send the moves
to the chess server.
I could also use the infrared port. Or bluetooth with the latest Palm (the
Tungsten-T).
In practice there is not enough demand for this feature so I'm not going to
hurry to implement it.
