I do not agree

If tiger gets more than 90% then it is a result that is more than expected.

Even 80% may be more than the expected result and it is dependent on the
opponents.

I believe that the expected result of Tiger against Crafty is less than 80%.

People can calculate the expected result of Tiger based on the opponents and
decide if the result is a success or a failure not based on the ranking.
