CCT-4 had a very strong field of participants - only the Rebel teams chose to not compete. Together with the amateurs it was 46 computer players and the field would have been great for a WCCC, too. If the rules add to the credibility of the tournament it is fine of course but only if it doesn't mean that most professionals are out.
