Ed, why bother?  Someone who cares (e.g. not me!) will just disassemble the
executable and figure out the code, independent of whatever SSDF or other
organizations agree or do not agree to.

If it turns out that you feel like you want to add auto-232 support later, you
can always post a patch on your web site.  Meanwhile, don't waste everyone's
disk space.
