Hmm... who really cares what the majority thinks about message or poster
quality? If we assume that the majority of members are pinheads, then we would
be encouraging that kind of messages. Assuming that pinheads can unite and agree
on something.

I would prefer a more aesthetic approach. Everyone that refuse to apply
capitalization and/or punctuation should be banned. I would also ban those that
include member names in the subject. Not to mention the folks incapable of even
nominal spelling skills. I think the list can be expanded until the point where
only the good guys are left.
