Subject: What would happen if we see CM9000-UTZ 1 place in ssdf ?

Could anyone help me with this question ? Because if the results are true,
CM9000-UTZ scored about 62% against the best programs (including Fritz, Hiarcs
and tothers). So, if the other programs average rating is 2600, what would be
CM9000-UTZ scoring 62% against them ? (sorry, I do not know how to evaluate
rating)
