How will you automate the games between ChessMaster 9000 and [for instance]
Fritz or Shredder?

There may be a way to do it, but it is problematic.  That is why it took them so
long to test it previously.  You had to play all of the games by hand.  500
games or so at 40/2 is quite an investment in time, if you have to intervene for
each and every game.

It's not collusion.  It's not wanting to dedicate 6 months to playing the games.
