We all have to keep reminding each other that this is an international bulletin
board. Although conducted in English, this bulletin board is used by many
people for whom English is not their first language. Someone even said here
recently that more than 60% are from outside the USA.

My English is very bad. I use terrible sentence structures and grammar even
though I try to do better. For that reason, many people new to the English
language may not understand my bulletins at all.

It is important, for the sake of those not expert at this language, for
everybody to try to use good grammer, spelling, and punctuation. Of course, "in
the heat of the battle," that's hard to do. : )

One frequent poster I'm thinking about has Spanish as his native language.
Another has German as his native language. Neither are entirely proficient at
the use of the English language. Imagine how much trouble those two have
communicating with each other in English! Their problem is evident whenever
they occupy the same thread.

OK. So much for that.

Now, back to the "bitmap wars!"
