Then I have a hint:
You are not going to find it.  Well, maybe grandmasters at blitz.  But the best
GM's at slow chess or the strongest programs on fast hardware will always give
you a run for your money.

Now matter how strong your program and how fast your hardware, you will have
strings of losses on ICC or FICS.  The difference between top programs is very
small.  In a 50 game match, there is no way to know for sure which of the top
programs will win it.

If there was some "magic bullet" chess program that would thrash all of the
others, then 99% of the people would be using that one.  IOW --> It does not
exist.
