There is no update for CB-Tiger AFAIK. I guess you mix up the update for Rebel Tiger 13 which provides a Rebel Tiger 14 for free, incl. Gambit Tiger 2. This is of course Rebel Tiger, not ChessBase Tiger. ChessBase Tiger already is version Tiger 14 and GambitTiger 2, so what kind of update are you looking for?
