The version i use in my tournament is the latest version by my definitions. it could be chris has different versions. This is not important for me. It seems you don't understand how testing works. A programmer sends you versions. i need time to find out about. In the time I value his versions x to x+n, HE CONTINUES work and makes x+n+y version. But these versions (HE uses) are not relevant for me, since i don't have them and would not give my ok to release them. Chris plays with x+n+y against bruce. I do play with x+n version in my tournament. So from my point of view x+n is latest, from chris point of view x+n+y is latest. So the version chris plays vs. ferret does not have to be the strongest versions. The versions i choose are the strongest. My versions are a kind of selections, a kind of THE BEST OF out of his work. Do you understand this. It is my job to find out the best versions, or better: the best version. This will be the master version. IN the same time he does not stop working ! He continues producing versions.
