I would love to publish the 1 or 2 of my 1000 ideas which are actually working
for my programs.

Trouble is I dont think I can.
I dont know anyone who would open the doors to ICGA or other journals for me. If
anyone could help with that.. none would be more happy than me for being proven
wrong.

I bet you just need the connections you get from working in a science department
someplace for a year or more. I doubt that the quality of the papers do matter
that much, otherwise all articles coming from any author who's program isnt in
the SSDF top 30 should get rejected immediately.
