I have no idea what ZDATA151.DLL is, and I'm 99.68% certain that it is not directly related to the Chessmaster installation program (i.e. InstallShield). You might want to look for that file on your hard drive and see what program it might be related to, and then, if possible, close that program during installation. Virus checkers, for example, can cause installs to hiccup. That's just a thought.... jm
