That is what I was thinking.   What I would probably do is to set WIN =
something
pretty big, and add to that my EvaluateMate() result so that it won't just
randomly
move around once it hits such an ending...  it would still recognize stalemates
of
course, and it would try to drive the losing side to the edge/corner.  That
ought to
work, by faking this up in EGTBProbe().
