You do not have to perform 300 Hotsyncs! Why do you think you would have to?

One Hotsync will be enough.

It is true that you will do 300 copy/paste, in 300 separated memos, but is it
really that hard?

I have not checked carefully, but I think it must be possible to use the Palm
Desktop Application "File Import" utility to do that easily.
