Subject: How do I convert a Scid database to PGN format?

I can't figure out how to convert a Scid database to PGN format. Scid
refuses to create a new PGN database, says error in the index file. So I
opened a new FILE.PGN with Notepad. That's simple enough.

Then I opened FILE.PGN with Scid. That went OK. Then I opened the Scid
database file that I want to convert. Then I opened a Scid database switcher
window, which shows both. But it won't let me drag the Scid database into
FILE.PGN -- says it is "Read Only".

OK, I remember that nonsense from awhile back, and believe the method is to
use the Export to PGN operation in the Scid Tools menu. So I opened the list
of games window for the Scid database. But I can't figure out how to
highlight (select) all of the games. The usual contest (rightclick) menu
doesn't have a "select all" option, and I don't see it elsewhere. So how the
hell do I select all of the games, so I can export them?

It's extremely frustrating to try to figure this shit out. I used to know
how to do it and wrote it down somewhere, but now I can't find it. And I
can't find anything in the unintegrated Scid help menu.
Thanx.
