I have set Amateur to issue an unrated seek every fourth game.  In addition,
anyone can match it unrated at anytime.

The takeback idea is interesting, but if unlimited takebacks with time are
allowed, then the game might be a long one.  As an experiment, I'll do this:
I'll allow two takebacks per unrated game, but the time keeps running.  And I'll
make sure it's in the finger notes so no one knows about it :)

btw, Amateur plays a very good opening and middle game, but a lousy endgame (not
surprisingly, since I don't know much about endgames myself).  Just get to the
endgame and you've got a good chance.
