I think it would be nice if there was a link at the top of CCC to a link exchange. A lot of the same questions are asked and also people look for information on certain things (0x88, bitboards, null moves, etc). Another idea is that some message boards have ''stickies'' or certain threads that are always at the top of the list of threads and include rules or popular information. I think one of these would be very helpful.
