What I would like to see is *one* official version of each program on ICC,
Crafty, Comet, TCB, Phalanx, knightcap, gnuchess, etc.  These accounts would
be allowed to log on 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.  I'd like to see the
others restricted.  I haven't thought about numbers, but maybe no more than
two "clones" of any program logged on at the same time.  Or whatever seems
reasonable with the typical number of ICC players logged on.

If enough of us agree, we could probably talk to Dan Sleator and get him to
implement some sort of quota for computers.  It might help...
