I predict 21-19 or 21.5-18.5 for tiger15.

18-16 suggests that tiger15 is slightly better so this is the reason that I
predict 3-3 or 3.5-2.5 for tiger15 in the remaining games.

A 2 points or even 3 points difference doesn't indicate that Chess Tiger 15 is
better than Deep Fritz, we need at least a 5 points difference in a short match
of 40 games ,or a 10 points difference in a 80 games match. After all the
programs have played each other, only then we can estimate the real difference
between Chess Tiger 15 and Deep Fritz.
