Deadline for entering the tournament January 11 2003 11:59pm (Server Time: New York) I see no reason to register before January even for programmers who plan to participate(I still did not decide if I am going to participate). Not telling that you participate means that you have the freedom to change your mind about participation without telling other people so it seems more convenient. Uri
