Subject: Crafty v19.01

Hi,

I noticed Crafty isn't quite as strong as it used to be. Or am I wrong. I think
the recent Crafty versions since 18.00 are aimed at standard time controls or
longer (>15 min 0 sec). I believe the best version of Crafty for blitz and
bullet seems to be v16.19. (<15 min && <3 min)

Anyway, with some evaluation modifications in v16.19, I find that this version
is still the best at any time control.
