The export to Pocket Fritz is very nice as you can export the "big" book in Shredder 6 to Pocket Fritz - about 10x the size of the one that came with Pocket Fritz. Also you create your own books in the Shredder GUI that exportable to Pocket Fritz - very useful functionality. Shredder 6 is a must for all Pocket Fritz users.
